Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, you will support national and regional brand marketing initiatives aimed at increasing engagement, relevance, and consumption. You will also assist the team in key functional areas, including project management and process development. This role involves extensive cross-functional collaboration with all Marketing teams (Brand, Sports, and Culture), as well as with Sales, Finance, Legal, and external agencies.
Job Description
ACTIVATION & OCCASION-BASED MARKETING
Support the Product Marketing team in developing innovative, insight-driven, cross-functional marketing campaigns across all elements of the marketing mix.
Assist the Manager in executing best-in-class national occasion and consumer activation programs that achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and ultimately drive product consumption.
Support the National Product Marketing team by playing a key role in managing project timelines and processes across the organization.
Assist Regional Brand teams in developing regional occasion and consumer activation programs.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Manage national events and consumer activation marketing programs, as well as the project teams that support them.
Develop project timelines and identify key milestones to coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring that conceptual marketing programs are executed on time, with the necessary approvals, and within budget.
MEASURE IMPACT
Prepare postmortem reports on Occasions and Consumer Activation initiatives to be presented to senior leaders within the Red Bull organization.
Evaluate national and regional campaign efforts, and provide optimizations and recommendations for future campaigns.
Lead competitive analyses of consumer marketing programs to ensure the Product Marketing team has a clear understanding of competitors and their target audiences.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of mutual accountability, collaboration, and partnership.
Help focus the organization around key strategic pillars and always-on marketing initiatives, unlocking the full potential of Red Bull’s marketing efforts.
Develop strong relationships with agency partners and third-party vendors, ensuring the quality of their work remains high while holding them accountable for project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in brand marketing; prior project management experience is preferred.
Fluent in English.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong project management skills, with a process-oriented mindset and experience executing complex, multi-faceted programs.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines and lead cross-functional projects.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
A creative mindset, with a willingness to question and improve the status quo.
Experience working with agencies or production suppliers is preferred.
Ability to operate effectively within a highly matrixed organization.
Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $68,000 - 102,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
