Reporting to the IT Sales & Talent Manager, your primary responsibilities as an IT Business Analyst will include managing business requirements and the tools used across the Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) technology landscape. You will facilitate communication between the IT organization and business users to deliver technical solutions that meet Red Bull’s needs.
Your expertise will span the IT organization’s systems and capabilities. You will analyze business operations to identify opportunities to redesign or improve existing processes and recommend technical solutions to address business challenges. As an Analyst, you will translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and guide these requirements through the entire project implementation lifecycle. You will also thoroughly analyze technical issues and clearly communicate recommended solutions to senior leadership.
Job Description
EVOLVE IT PROCESSES AND SOLUTIONS
Lead requirements-gathering sessions with appropriate business and IT leaders.
Maintain requirements documentation and manage the backlog of requests.
Analyze existing processes and develop future-state workflows and requirements to be supported by current and proposed software.
Define project scope and objectives, and establish effective communication channels between business and IT stakeholders.
Coordinate requirements sign-offs by confirming with project partners that the proposed process and requirements meet their needs.
SUPPORT DESIGN, TEST, AND DEPLOY PHASES
Perform integration testing and system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
Develop test scripts and manage testing activities for the relevant functional area(s).
Collaborate on solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Serve as the primary point of contact between design teams, development teams, and other partner teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, correctly implemented, and delivered on time.
Facilitate communication between RBDC and the solution vendor to ensure that requirements and expectations are clearly conveyed.
FACILITATE, DOCUMENT, AND COMMUNICATE WITH PARTNERS
Capture and manage testing defects, prioritize them based on urgency, and guide their resolution.
Assist in developing training materials and business documentation.
Lead support and change management activities.
Troubleshoot support issues in the production environment.
Oversee systems to ensure they comply with all requirements.
KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES
Implement IT project methodologies to ensure consistent execution, governance, and delivery outcomes.
Serve as the accountable integration partner by validating system interactions, data dependencies, and downstream impacts across applications.
Lead the fulfillment of requirements, enhancements, and development activities.
Manage communication and coordination between IT, RBDC, and solution vendors.
Demonstrate active engagement and a clear understanding of technical discussions as a member of the project team.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business analysis.
Experience with technical architecture, application systems design, and system integration.
Experience in prioritizing projects and developing solutions.
Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and distribution industries is an asset.
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, Jira, Snowflake, and SAP BusinessObjects.
Experience delivering end-to-end project implementations using Agile methodologies.
Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - 150,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
