The main priorities of the On Premise Trade Marketing Manager are to develop and adapt the On Premise trade marketing strategy across the key Catering and QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) segments. Rolling out marketing programs that secure new business opportunities, building a key stakeholder network whilst expanding execution and driving demand within new & existing accounts. Ordering, tracking and management of all Red Bull POS, to enable loud and proud execution across all segments.

Job Description

DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGIES AND TOOLS 

  • Develop and execute the marketing activation strategy for key Catering and QSR segments, grounded in insights and segment-specific plans.
  • Lead Point of Sale (POS) ordering, forecasting, and tracking to ensure loud and proud execution in trade across your segments.
  • Build and maintain a clear POS reporting system, giving sales visibility of all tools across warehouses, states and global orders.
  • Develop activation plans and toolkits for key customers to drive distribution and volume, ensuring we look like #1, build relevance to consumption, and win against competitors.

 

UPHOLD BRAND STANDARDS ACROSS ALL ACTIVATIONS 

  • Coordinate & support with field teams for in-outlet activation.
  • Coordinate & support with internal marketing teams to develop account messaging strategy, that aligns with company programs.
  • Protect Red Bull brand equity in all activations, upholding the Leveraging Assets framework while delivering customer wins and keeping the National Key Accounts (NKA) team engaged.

 

REPRESENT RED BULL MARKETING IN CUSTOMER MEETINGS & PLANNING SESSIONS 

  • Be the expert in Red Bull Marketing opportunities and projects for customer partners in your priority segments.
  • Identify customer needs and align them with Red Bull brand and On Premise strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sports, Gaming, Culture and Brand teams to develop customer marketing plans and represent the brand to unlock business opportunities.

 

DRIVE STRATEGY INTO ACTION 

  • Work closely with department stakeholders to create action plans and adapt tools to unlock local opportunities.
  • Drive acquisition and growth of new and existing customers with Joint Business Plans (JBP's) that lift distribution and volume, and communicate the strategy clearly to On Premise stakeholders and field teams for execution.
  • Champion and lead customer impact, acting as the On Premise lead for consumer activation and execution in market.
  • Train and coach the sales team on best-in-class in-trade execution, using regular market time and feedback to lift overall team performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ years’ experience in Trade or Brand Marketing, with a proven track record of working cross‑functionally with multiple brands and internal departments.
  • Experience working with QSR & Catering customers (highly desirable).
  • Genuine passion for building and developing new business partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and high-level negotiations with key accounts and field teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
