Company Description
The Intern Compliance supports the implementation and day‑to‑day execution of the organization’s Center of Expertise compliance program. You'll help turn legal and regulatory requirements into practical measures by preparing materials, supporting business stakeholders, coordinating trainings and awareness activities, and handling standard compliance inquiries. You'll also assist with internal compliance communications, collaboration with the compliance ambassador network, and general administrative and research tasks, contributing to a strong culture of integrity and ethical business conduct.
Join the Center of Expertise Compliance team in August 2026 for a period of six months.
Job Description
Operational Support
In this internship, you'll assist in the implementation of compliance initiatives by preparing materials, supporting business stakeholders, and helping translate requirements into practical steps.
Training and Awareness
You'll support the coordination of compliance trainings (live and eLearning), help update training content, track training completion rates, and contribute to awareness activities across the organization.
Second-Level Inquiry Support
You'll help respond to standard compliance‑related questions by researching guidance, preparing draft responses, and escalating complex matters to senior team members.
Compliance Communication
As an intern, you'll assist in preparing internal compliance communications, intranet updates, presentations, and information materials to promote awareness and understanding across the business.
General administrative and research activities
You'll support with general research activities and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Advanced undergraduate students, post graduate students or recent graduates (Bachelor/Master degree)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills and ability to prepare clear, concise materials for diverse audiences
- Good organizational abilities, able to manage multiple tasks and follow up reliably
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail when reviewing information or preparing documentation
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Solid proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and openness to learning compliance tools
- Collaborative and proactive working attitude, with willingness to support team members across functions
