In this role, you make sure our internal production clients receive the right equipment, in the right condition, at the right time. You’ll combine front-desk client service with first-level technical support and play a key part in continuously improving our service quality and workflows.
Job Description
Client interface & service
As first point of contact at the rental front desk, you handle all equipment pickups and returns. You guide clients through prepared kits, support changes and additions, collect feedback and pass it on to the team. In close alignment with Rental Managers, you provide first-level support for technical issues during pre-production and production and ensure a smooth, satisfying customer experience for all internal stakeholders.
Daily rental operations
You execute standard rental processes and help coordinate daily priorities by briefing colleagues on upcoming projects and changes. You perform (or oversee) technical test routines before check-out and after return, support job scheduling, and contribute to stocktaking and warehousing activities. You also manage logistics for national and international equipment transport, including dangerous goods, according to internal standards.
Technical expertise & quality
You act as a first-level technical expert for cameras, lenses, tripods, lights, microphones, accessories and basic data management kits. You perform maintenance tasks or damage assessments on returned equipment and document your findings. With your hands-on know-how, you contribute to the continuous improvement of test routines, quality standards and equipment research and testing.
Constant improvement & portfolio support
Drawing on your daily operational insights, you support purchasing decisions, portfolio clean-up and inventory adaptations. You contribute expert input to advanced client-facing services and take on project-based tasks in your areas of expertise, helping us to further develop our equipment portfolio and service offering for content productions.
