Red Bull is seeking a dynamic, curious, and culturally attuned Summer Intern to support the Director of Culture Events & Regional Execution. This role sits at the intersection of culture, creativity, and consumer engagement, with a focus on executing impactful regional events and developing innovative ideas that connect directly with entry-point consumers.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone passionate about cultural marketing, live experiences, and how brands authentically show up in community-driven spaces.

Job Description

CULTURAL INSIGHT & INNOVATION

Research emerging cultural trends, grassroots movements, and community touchpoints relevant to entry-point consumers (Gen Z, new-to-brand audiences, and culturally curious communities).

Contribute ideas for innovative event formats, content capture opportunities, and interactive experiences.

Identify opportunities to deepen brand relevance through authentic partnerships and creative storytelling.

Support pilot concepts that experiment with new formats, tech integrations, or community-first activations

 

STRATEGY & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

Assist in developing presentations and creative decks for internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with marketing, field teams, and agency partners to ensure regional activations align with national brand priorities.

Help evaluate event performance and consumer engagement metrics to inform future strategy.

 

EVENT OPERATIONS & SUSTAINABILITY TRACKING

Support the planning and on-the-ground execution of regional cultural events

Assist with vendor coordination, production logistics, run-of-show development, and post-event recaps.

Help manage event-day operations to ensure seamless execution.

Track timelines and update internal communication.

Qualifications

Actively enrolled in college/university as an undergraduate or graduate student

Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship

Demonstrated initiative through academics, work experience, or extracurricular involvement

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A growth mindset, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and incorporate feedback

Additional Information

The compensation for this position is $28 per hour.
