Company Description

Manage the Supply chain with its immediate objectives of transparency, flexibility and efficiency.
Plan, execute and finalize Procurement strategies for goods and services spend across the organization.
To implement and manage Red Bull standard Operations processes for both finished goods and advertising material in cooperation with the Red Bull International operation team.
To manage the relationship with third party logistics providers.
To constantly monitor, manage and define appropriate structures for country specific processes which will support the internal stakeholders as effectively and efficiently as possible.
To be responsible for budgeting operational activities and monitoring the cost related activities within the logistics and operations area.
To support sales area to offer better logistic solution to customers and company.
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Forecasting and inventory management of the entire order cycle of finished goods and advertising material to satisfy the commercial objectives as stated within the Business Plan and in the subsequent trade sales forecasts, leading the S&OP process in Mexico and driving its evolution towards a more integrated planning approach (IBP), while balancing service level, seasonality, portfolio growth and cost.
- Intense communication with all Red Bull stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure optimal operational efficiencies and support them in the most effective way for the company
- Definition and implementation of strategies and best practices for planning, storage, handling and distribution of advertising and event materials, ensuring availability, cost‑effective processes and adherence to brand standards and marketing/event calendars.
- Partner management with the Red Bull 3rd party logistics providers, including warehousing and transportation, defining, monitoring and improving Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (e.g. service level/OTIF, costs, productivity, inventory accuracy).
- Building the Operations department that will cater for the future of Red Bull
- End responsibility for budget setting and all costs incurred in the operations area, including logistics, warehousing and 3PL costs; monitoring performance versus plan and, upon analysis, designing and implementing cost‑saving and productivity programs while maintaining required service levels.
- Benchmarking against internal and external benchmarks to ensure structure and process efficiency.
- Implements all Red Bull Operations Quality Standards as defined by the Red Bull International Quality Department
- Ensures timely and effective distribution of finished goods and advertising material to the customers in accordance with the sales and marketing plans.
- Developing and implementing all Purchasing policies, outsourcing guidelines and procedures (bid proposals, vendors, requirements documentation, etc.) in conjunction with HQ and all departments with specific requirements, negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best combination of commercial conditions, service and quality, in full compliance with corporate guidelines and the Code of Conduct.
- Verify that all operational activities comply with Safety – Health – Environment requirements (Code of conduct).
- Supports Facilities, Services, Fleet and Travel Management.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
University Degree (Ingeneering, Business Administration, etc.). Specialized qualifications in Logistics / Supply Chain Management will be valuable.
EXPERIENCE
- A least 5 years of previous work experience in Logistics / Supply Chain at least 5 years working experience, ideally in an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
- Experience of working within an international supply chain in a group context, with regular interaction with regional or HQ teams.
- Deep experience managing warehousing, logistics and transportation processes within a 3PL environment
- Experience leading S&OP processes (IBP experience is a strong advantage) and securing product availability while optimizing inventory and logistics costs.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Leadership, Motivation, Innovation and Team Skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to develop strategies for increasing distribution strength.
- Exposure to Customer Relationship Management within a client‑facing division of an organization, including interaction with key customers on operational topics.
- Deep working knowledge of SAP R/3 is a strong plus. Good skills on all MS products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint are a must

- Experienced in project management, able to lead cross‑functional initiatives
