We are looking for a Demand&Supply Planning Intern starting from March/April 2026.       
Within the Operations department, the Demand & Supply Planning team is responsible for creating an 18-month demand plan and translating it into a supply plan for production. The Demand & Supply Planning Intern will support the demand and supply planning process for finished goods and promotional materials, help improve forecast accuracy, conduct analyses, and contribute to enhancing specific Customer Service and Logistics processes. The role is based within the Demand & Supply Planning team, while also partially supporting Customer Service & Logistics on specific activities and projects.

Demand Planning Responsibilities

Participate in the monthly demand planning cycle within the S&OP process.

Perform root cause analyses on forecast errors to improve demand plan accuracy.

Supply Planning Responsibilities

Participate in the monthly supply planning cycle within the S&OP process.

Support the translation of the demand plan into a supply plan for production.

Customer Service & Logistics Support

Conduct root cause analyses on logistics failures to enhance customer service levels.

Analyze and streamline selected Customer Service processes.

Reporting & Analysis

Conduct analyses related to planning and service performance.

Contribute to improving Operations reporting.

Qualifiche

University Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or Statistics

Basic understanding of supply chain processes

Interest in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry High level of analytical capability

Advanced Excel skills Presentation & Reporting Skills Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

Enthusiastic fast learner

Proficient in Italian and English
