This is a fixed‑term position for 12 months.

Job Description

IN A NUTSHELL

As a Media Channel Operations Specialist, you’ll support and evolve our Airtable-based media planning tool from a business perspective. You’ll ensure clean, reliable data, enable day-to-day planning workflows, lead onboardings and trainings for a global user base, and continuously improve how teams collaborate across the media lifecycle.

Working closely with Business Owners, Service Owners and IT partners, you’ll translate real-world usage into smarter processes, automation opportunities that drive efficiency and transparency across the organization.

DATA QUALITY & GOVERNANCE

You’ll own data quality and operational excellence by acting as the business steward of our media planning tool: defining standards, spotting inconsistencies at first glance, cleaning and structuring data, and supporting teams hands-on to ensure reliable, high-impact planning across sports, content and communications.

USER ENABLEMENT, ONBOARDING & OPERATIONS

In this role you’ll enable day-to-day media planning by supporting users in their workflows, unblocking operational challenges and owning business-driven improvements. At the same time, you’ll lead onboardings and trainings for a global user base of 1,500+ users, creating clear workflow guidelines and best practices that help teams plan confidently and consistently.

PROCESS, TOOLING & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

You’ll maintain a clear understanding of how the media planning tool supports real-world planning by documenting end-to-end processes and dependencies across systems. By closely observing day-to-day usage, you’ll spot recurring friction points and translate them into concrete improvements, including smart automation or AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working with data-driven planning tools, managing data quality, and supporting operational workflows in media, communications or content environments.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for data quality as the foundation for smart, informed decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with no-code tools (ideally Airtable), combined with curiosity about database structures and product thinking.
  • Confidence in understanding and mapping business processes, paired with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in parallel.
  • Excellent communication skills across seniority levels and technical backgrounds, including delivering trainings, presentations and product demos in English.
