Job Description

IN A NUTSHELL

You’ll act as a true bridge between Data Science and Sales—designing analytical projects and ensuring they land with real business impact in markets worldwide.

ANALYTICAL PROJECT EXECUTION – BRIDGE BUSINESS NEEDS AND ANALYTICS

You’ll lead international analytics projects with country organizations and Sales teams across all channels. You’ll translate commercial challenges into structured analytical use cases, partnering with Data Science to ensure insights are both robust and commercially relevant. You’ll then turn results into clear recommendations, co-creating and supporting the implementation of impactful plans with Sales and Commercial stakeholders.

REPORTING & DATA QUALITY – CONNECT DATA TO DECISIONS

You’ll own reporting for key commercial and analytics initiatives, delivering clear, actionable insights for business users. You’ll ensure post-project analysis is built into every initiative, with uplift measurement and recommendations for scaling. Working closely with Sales Data Management, Data Science, and Regional and Key Markets teams, you’ll help ensure high-quality, consistent data and continuously improve KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking.

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION – TURN INSIGHT INTO ACTION

You’ll select the most effective channels and formats—such as dashboards, presentations, playbooks, and workshops—to share insights with Sales, Commercial, and Leadership teams. You’ll present strategic topics and project outcomes to senior stakeholders, clearly connecting data to business impact and next steps, while tailoring your message to different audiences—from deep analytical discussions to clear “so what / now what” takeaways for commercial teams.

Qualifications

Business-savvy analytical profile with 3+ years of experience in FMCG or another consumer-focused industry, combining strong commercial understanding with solid analytical skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data/Analytics, or a related field

Fluent in English

Strong project management skills, able to drive cross-market initiatives end to end and turn insights into measurable business impact

Solid analytical and technical foundation, with experience working closely with Data Science teams, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, BI tools knowledge, and SQL or R as a plus

Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working with senior leaders, technical experts, and international teams

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.509 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
