In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving failure notices at our plants worldwide and will be in charge of monitoring and approving our preventive and corrective actions regarding our finished goods.

Job Description

HANDLING OF FAILURE NOTICES

As a QA Specialist, you are the central point of contact for internal departments as well as external co-packers, suppliers, and partners regarding all quality assurance matters. You process failure notices, including all necessary process steps. Your attention to detail and structured way of working are crucial to meet our highest product standards.

MONITORING OF CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTIONS

You ensure that all processes are followed, adequately controlled, and approved. You support food safety throughout the entire value chain of the production and distribution of our Red Bull products in accordance with relevant requirements and immediately report any identified deficiencies and hazards. You are also responsible for sorting out the affected defective goods.

REPORTING AND KPIS

In close cooperation with other colleagues in the quality team, you track our data. By maintaining our QA KPIs, you report to our internal stakeholders and ensure reliability.

OTHER QUALITY ASSURANCE TASKS

You actively participate in our daily business and contribute your problem-solving skills. Your valuable support in handling complaints and food safety plays a significant role in meeting our high standards.

 

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in the food industry, ideally in the area of Quality Assurance

Completed technical degree (e.g. food technology, chemistry) or comparable training in the food industry

Very good German and English skills

IT user skills (SAP, MS Office)

Relevant experience in hazard analysis (HACCP & GMP) and quality assurance

Excellent organizational skills, independent working style, proactive, and a team player

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,320.07 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
