Job Description

IN A NUTSHELL

As the Global Creator Projects Manager, you’ll drive the creation, implementation and evolution of creator-led and creator-centred projects across all Playgrounds - from entertainment-focused events to content series and innovative formats.

You’ll work closely with Red Bull country teams (hosting countries), cross-departmental HQ teams, and external partners to bring creator collaborations to life in an authentic and impactful way. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building and shaping the new Creator Projects unit, establishing structures, workflows, and best practices for future scalability and success.

CREATOR-LED PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION

You’ll lead project creation and execution by driving the development and delivery of creator-centred projects on the Media Network side across global and local events, content formats, and innovative initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with Red Bull country teams and cross-functional HQ teams to ensure seamless execution, creative excellence, and alignment with all stakeholders. Leveraging your expertise in project management, you’ll plan, organize, and deliver complex projects or events from start to finish - setting clear goals and timelines, managing resources and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes while adapting to challenges along the way.

EMPOWERING AND ALIGNING TEAMS

You’ll drive cross-department collaboration and integration by acting as the main connector between Creator, Event, Sports, Culture, Brand Marketing, and all Media Network teams to ensure an aligned setup and seamless creator integration. You’ll translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with clear deliverables and success metrics. At the same time, you’ll ensure creative and operational excellence by overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards from concept to post-evaluation. You’ll also support Red Bull country teams with hands-on guidance on project planning, partner briefings, and content delivery.

PIONEERING EVOLUTION

You’ll continuously identify opportunities for innovation in creator-led formats and storytelling, collecting and sharing key learnings and best cases to inspire and elevate the global creator program. At the same time, you’ll build and scale the creator project unit by establishing processes and collaboration models for efficient project execution across departments and Red Bull country teams. To achieve this, you will be able to build up your team and hire a direct report.

You’ll define best practices and workflows to support scalability and drive long-term impact.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in marketing or creative project management, ideally within youth culture, entertainment or premium brands. Passion for Red Bull's brand and creating culturally relevant, creator-driven projects.
  • Experience of leading a team and managing people, with a proven track record in cross-functional project leadership, ideally across multiple markets.
  • A strong understanding of the creator and content ecosystem across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Twitch.
  • Ability to work confidently with stakeholders across departments and time zones, and an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new structures and processes.
