Job Description
GLOBAL SALES CONTROLLING GRADUATE
We’re looking for a motivated Graduate to join our Global Sales Controlling team. In this role, you’ll support key Sales Controlling objectives, including customer profitability management, value chain optimization, and trade terms enhancement. You’ll act as a trusted business partner to the global Sales organization and our subsidiaries within Europe, contributing to impactful decisions that drive performance.
Your responsibilities will span across planning and forecasting, ensuring data quality, and supporting exciting projects in areas like value chain analysis, trade terms optimization, and customer profitability. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build your expertise, and develop strong collaborative relationships across the organization.

GLOBAL OPERATIONS CONTROLLING GRADUATE
Are you ready to make an impact and take your career to the next level? Join our Global Operations Controlling team and become an integral part of analyzing production and procurement costs (PL2) to drive smarter decisions and better efficiency. In this role, you'll dive deep into Red Bull’s financial processes and systems, learning the ins and outs of production and procurement controlling.
You’ll play an active role in month-end closings (MEC) and planning activities, working closely with a team that values collaboration and innovation. Sharpen your analytical expertise as you conduct detailed analyses of production costs at both plant and SKU levels, helping us refine strategies and optimize performance.
Beyond analysis, you’ll be part of developing new tools and capabilities, supporting the automation of processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2026.
You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.
