Job Description

ANALYTICS ENGINEERING GRADUATE

Are you excited to turn data into something truly useful? As an Analytics Engineering Graduate, you’ll help shape how Red Bull transforms raw information into reliable, meaningful insights that power decisions across the company.

You’ll work at the sweet spot between data engineering and data science—building clean, well‑structured datasets and making sure our data pipelines run smoothly. Your work helps teams around the world access the information they need, when they need it. You’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to bring new data sources to life, improve existing workflows, and support the data foundations behind key business and performance projects.

You’ll also contribute to projects where machine learning and AI play a role, helping create and maintain the data environment that these models rely on. Most importantly, you’ll bring curiosity, a hands‑on mindset, and the drive to make data work better for everyone at Red Bull.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong mix of technical skills and curiosity, the essentials being:

  • SQL & Python: Your go-to tools for working with data, building transformations and solving everyday challenges
  • dbt: you understand (or are excited to learn) how to build clean and well-structured data models that others can trust
  • Git: you’re comfortable applying Software Engineering best practices to your data work, so that changes are transparent, trusted and collaborative
  • Understanding of FMCG: You’re curious about how data flows in this environment and what insights matter for the business.
  • Experience working with LLMs and AI: you understand the basics of how modern AI uses data, and you’re ready not only to help build the foundations of how these systems rely on, but also to expand their usage across the organization.

DATA SCIENCE GRADUATE

Are you ready to leverage your skills to drive smarter, data-driven decision-making and make a tangible impact? We are looking for a motivated Graduate to join our team!

In this role, you’ll contribute to global Data Science projects, collaborating closely with team members, business stakeholders, and sports performance experts to build, run, and improve innovative data products that empower smarter decisions across the organization. In addition to driving impactful business-focused initiatives, you will have the opportunity to work on athlete-centric and fan-centric projects, leveraging analytics to enhance performance insights and elevate fan experiences. You’ll be responsible for delivering impactful projects within existing Data Science streams, scaling new initiatives, and developing new data products and analyses. By applying statistical reasoning and machine learning algorithms, you’ll prepare high-quality datasets and use advanced tools to reduce uncertainty and generate actionable insights for the organization.

To succeed in this role, you should have programming skills in at least one of R, Python, or SQL, with a willingness to learn the other two. Strong data literacy is essential, as you'll need to prepare datasets that ensure their essence and implications for the problem at hand are clear and meaningful. A solid theoretical and applied understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms, including tools like regression and visualization, will enable you to solve business problems effectively. Experience working with AI and LLMs is desirable, as these tools can be leveraged to enhance insights and streamline analytical workflows. You should also have an outcome-driven mindset, motivated to create measurable value and demonstrate impact within the organization. Excellent stakeholder management skills are key, as you’ll need to build mutually beneficial relationships and collaborate effectively with functional teams across Red Bull.

This role offers you the opportunity to challenge the status quo by introducing innovative methods, fresh ideas, and data-driven solutions that improve decision-making processes.
