Job Description
OFF PREMISE SALES GRADUATE (Red Bull Österreich)
As a Graduate in Off Premise, you will gain hands-on experience across different departments, building business insights and an internal network while contributing to operational excellence in customer management.
You will support Key Account Managers in 360-degree account management, including preparation and execution of annual meetings, listing negotiations, and promotional planning. Additionally, you will manage smaller retail customers, taking responsibility for planning, development, and tracking.
The Graduate will also support the Category and Trade Marketing teams by analyzing internal and external data sources, translating findings into actionable insights, and creating data-driven presentations to drive customer and category development. You will contribute to cross-functional projects, collaborating with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Operations.
ROUTE TO MARKET GRADUATE
The development of Red Bull’s Route-To-Market (for both ONP and OFP) is a core pillar of the company’s 2030 mission. As a Route-To-Market Graduate, you will support the strategic and operational advancement of both modern wholesale (e.g., Metro, Costco, Lekkerland, Sysco) and independent wholesale channels, helping the team develop and activate frameworks that drive business growth globally.
You will analyze and act on globally available wholesale data, support the creation of next-level channel strategies, and evaluate different ONP and OFP distribution approaches in key markets. The Graduate will also assist in managing global wholesale customers, including conceptual selling and negotiation support, and help optimize cross-functional collaboration at HQ.
By combining data analysis, strategy development, and stakeholder collaboration, the Graduate contributes directly to Red Bull’s Route-To-Market initiatives, strengthens wholesale channel operations, and gains hands-on experience in a global, strategic business environment.
FIELD SALES GRADUATE
This Graduate role supports the International Field Sales Management Team in driving key projects and initiatives with a global reach. As a Graduate in International Field Sales, you will contribute to the rollout of global projects, assist in market visits, and support the BP feedback process, helping ensure alignment across markets.
You will collaborate with markets to collect and share best practices, manage the Field Sales Quarterly Call, and maintain the Global Field Sales SharePoint page. Additionally, you will work with the team to develop tools and processes that strengthen the Global Field Sales strategy.
By combining project support, strategy development, and cross-market collaboration, the Graduate helps enable smooth global operations, fosters knowledge sharing, and gains hands-on exposure to international field sales management.
OFF PREMISE TALENT GRADUATE
This Graduate role is designed to bring fresh perspectives, creative ideas, and state-of-the-art methodologies into Red Bull’s Learning & Development initiatives for the Off Premise organization. By reviewing and improving existing training programs, supporting the development of new curricula, and engaging with departments and markets across functions and countries, the Graduate contributes directly to scaling and future-proofing Red Bull’s talent development efforts.
As an Off Premise Talent Graduate, you will support the review and creation of training content, conduct learning needs analyses, and assist in the facilitation of virtual and in-person training sessions. You will help identify skill gaps, maintain the training portfolio, and contribute to the planning and delivery of pre- and post-training activities, such as skill pills and microlearnings.
Additionally, the Graduate will support communication and promotion of global programs, ensuring training content is accessible and effectively shared via the intranet and Learning Management System. By combining content development, facilitation, and strategic support, the Graduate strengthens Red Bull’s training initiatives and enables the organization to prepare for future talent needs.
CHANNEL MARKETING STRATEGY GRADUATE
As a Channel Marketing Graduate, you will support the development and execution of the global channel marketing strategy within Off-Premises channels. This role bridges marketing and sales, shaping channel-specific actions that drive consumption, brand equity, and commercial performance across global markets.
You will contribute to the development of channel playbooks for market rollout, support Key Account teams in JBPs and Top-to-Top meetings and help define shopper journey priorities based on insights and trends. In addition, you will work closely within the Trade Marketing department to develop POSM tools and execution strategies that enhance visibility, brand equity, and sales, while ensuring strong alignment between channel strategy and commercial investments.
By connecting all cross-departmental dots, the Graduate will contribute to a holistic answer to the key question: how do we win the shopper through channel-specific actions?
KEY ACCOUNT GRADUATE
As part of the International Key Accounts Team, you’ll play a key role in delivering the 2030 Growth Vision in Catering, the strategic channel for developing the Work and Study Occasions at Red Bull.
Your responsibilities will include developing the biggest Catering customers of the Global On Premise by implementing our Global Agreements via partnership reporting based on data analysis, problem solving to remove market level barriers and creating distinctive Red Bull experiences and tools to educate our partners on the Brand and the Product. You will have direct contact with the customers, the markets, the Business Analytics and Trade Marketing Teams.
A background in hospitality would be advantageous, as it provides valuable insight into consumer behavior, service excellence, and operational efficiency—skills that are transferable to managing key accounts and driving sales performance in this channel.
This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, involving strategic decision-making, data analysis, and cross-market collaboration, all while driving sales performance and brand visibility in moments that energize consumers.
REVENUE MANAGEMENT GRADUATE
Revenue Management plays a key role in ensuring Red Bull remains competitive and profitable in a rapidly evolving market. As a Revenue Management Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience in the team leading pricing, trade terms, and promotional strategies, supporting both strategic and operational decisions while collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing. You will run data analyses combining sell-in, sell-out, customer profitability, and consumer off-take data, translating insights into actionable recommendations. The Graduate will also support trade terms projects by analyzing market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation to uncover untapped revenue opportunities.
Additionally, you will assist markets in optimizing trade term implementation and following up on price increase initiatives. By contributing to data-driven decision-making, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration, the Graduate strengthens Red Bull’s Revenue Management capabilities and gains broad exposure to a critical business function.
Qualifications
You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2026.
You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.
