Job Description

DIGITAL ANALYTICS GRADUATE

Digital analytics plays a key role in enabling transparency, performance measurement, and optimization across Red Bull’s global digital ecosystem. As digital products, platforms, and services continue to grow in scale and complexity, robust analytics and consent management capabilities are essential to support informed decision-making across markets.

As a Digital Analytics Graduate within the Digital Products & Services team, this role exists to support international digital initiatives by helping implement analytics and consent management solutions across products, content, and platforms. The position supports both national and international projects, contributing to structured coordination, quality assurance, and compliance with legislative requirements.

Through hands-on involvement in a wide range of digital projects, the Graduate gains exposure to how Red Bull operates as a dynamic, international organization while building a strong foundation in digital analytics and data-driven optimization.

DESIGN & PROJECTMANAGEMENT GRADUATE

With Red Bull MOBILE expanding into multiple markets and continuing to grow its international team, the complexity of internal coordination, communication, and positioning has increased significantly. As the business scales, there is a strong need to sharpen internal routines, align processes, and present the growing success of the business in a more structured and professional way—both internally and externally.

As a Graduate in the MOBILE Business team, this role exists to directly support the Global Head in shaping how the business is communicated, documented, and connected across markets. The position helps elevate reporting, presentations, design standards, and internal communication while contributing to research and insights that strengthen how the business is represented.

By working closely with markets, the Graduate also acts as a connector within the network—supporting exchange, sharing updates, and helping establish consistent team routines. The role is designed also to support the digital marketing operations in organization and execution of campaigns, comms and to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to a growing international setup, while offering deep exposure to how a global digital business operates across multiple markets.
