Job Description

Product Marketing Graduate

Join our Product Marketing team and play a vital role in driving our brand’s everyday relevance through impactful campaigns and projects. As a Graduate, you’ll support both ongoing market initiatives and strategic cross-functional projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include contributing to creative development, coordinating limited edition packaging projects, and managing knowledge-sharing processes to enhance team efficiency. You’ll also provide valuable market support, enabling the team to focus on high-priority cross-functional initiatives.

DTC Graduate

This role works cross-functionally to support global marketing campaigns with a strong digital focus, while helping to improve how Red Bull communicates with its consumers across different channels.

As part of the DTC team, you support global marketing initiatives by setting up and improving inbound and outbound consumer data journeys. You help ensure all activities comply with global data protection and legal guidelines, and you measure campaign performance to understand and improve consumer engagement and sentiment.

You collaborate closely with IT teams to support and further develop Red Bull’s portfolio of DTC tools. This includes translating business and marketing needs into clear technical requirements and helping ensure smooth system integration across platforms.

In addition, you contribute to knowledge sharing by helping develop global guidelines, training materials, and best practices. You may also support pilot projects for new communication channels, such as direct consumer messaging via WhatsApp, to test and improve how Red Bull engages with its consumers.

This role is ideal for a graduate with a strong digital mindset, clear communication skills, an analytical and solution-oriented approach, and an interest in data-driven, consumer-focused marketing.

Advertising Creative Graduate

Join Red Bull as an Advertising Creative Graduate and play a vital role in developing impactful campaigns across Red Bull events, athletes, product initiatives and more. In this role, you’ll create original advertising concepts across digital, TV, radio, print, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand goals and target audiences. You’ll collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, and media planners to bring campaigns to life while reviewing and approving local market creative materials before launch.

You’ll also present ideas and strategies to internal stakeholders, stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and analyze campaign performance to optimize creatives for better results. This is an incredible opportunity for a creative graduate with a passion for advertising and a desire to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2026.

You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.

You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.

Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage
