Job Description
COPACKER MANAGEMENT GRADUATE
As a Copacker Management Graduate, you will support the department in managing internal projects, optimizing workflows, and strengthening collaboration across our three sub-teams. The role provides hands-on involvement in ongoing initiatives and offers exposure to different areas of responsibility through internal rotations, enabling a cross-functional understanding of processes and promoting effective cooperation between teams.
You will assist in research, analysis, and presentation of findings, take ownership of smaller sub-projects, and identify opportunities to improve existing workflows. After the initial training phase, the Graduate will manage specific tasks independently, ensuring timely and high-quality execution while providing flexible support across the department.
By contributing to projects, process improvements, and operational excellence, the Graduate helps ensure smooth copacker management, strengthens internal collaboration, and adds tangible value to the department’s objectives.
LOGISTICS GRADUATE
The Non-Beverage Logistics Department covers a wide range of logistical topics and is currently driving a major program to redefine all VISIT-related processes. As a Logistics Graduate, you will contribute by performing in-depth process analyses that support this transformation and provide insights for optimized workflows. The structured duration of the Graduate program ensures the necessary focus to complete key analyses and contribute meaningfully to the project.
You will support process automation initiatives, carrier allocation, cost optimization, and invoice verification, gaining hands-on exposure to core logistics operations. By working closely with the team, the Graduate helps ensure efficient and accurate processes while contributing to the overall improvement and professionalization of the department’s workflows.
Qualifications
You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2026.
You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.
You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.
Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Program in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage.
