Job Description

Shopper research

You'll support and lead scoping, designing, and conducting primary research studies such as surveys or focus groups. You'll also manage external research partners, timelines, and budgets while ensuring projects meet stakeholder needs and business objectives as well as plan and execute shopper research across on-premise (bars, restaurants, venues) and off-premise (grocery, convenience, e-commerce) channels.

Data analysis and consolidation

You'll combine primary research with sales data, shopper loyalty card and market research reports, to develop a holistic view of shopper behavior and the path to purchase. You'll identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities by synthesizing insights across data sources. You'll lead the development of dashboards and reports that visualize key insights for stakeholders while ensuring data accuracy and integrity by performing thorough quality checks and validation processes.

Cross-Market Insights Generation

You'll generate and synthesize insights across multiple markets to identify scalable opportunities and general and nuanced shopper behaviors as well as translate cross-market learnings into clear global recommendations that answer business questions.

Insights creation into Actionable Stories

You'll develop concise, impactful reports and presentations that translate complex data into clear recommendations. You'll also partner with relevant Commercial teams to ensure insights are actionable, aligned to strategy, and effectively used in internal planning and customer conversations

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in conducting and managing primary research projects

University Degree (business, marketing, market research, psychology, anthropology).

Fluent in written and spoken English

Strong analytical and data skills, including interpreting complex datasets and creating visualizations (Excel, Tableau).

Solid understanding of AI concepts and tools (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing).

Excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage peers, sales teams, and senior management.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management, planning abilities, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
