Job Description
GUIDE STRATEGY
Within this role, you’ll be at the forefront of understanding our platform and network trends across the Red Bull Media Network. Your analysis and insights will help guide the overall strategy for both global and country teams, identifying key drivers and opportunities that result in positive action.
DEEP DIVE INTO ANALYTICS AND INSIGHTS
You can be creative in concepting and executing ad hoc analysis. You can drive these analyses end-to-end and effectively present this work to all relevant stakeholders to influence decision-making.
CONTENT RECOMMENDATIONS
Use qualitative analysis, market research, and competitor evaluations to provide strategic content recommendations. Identify opportunities by studying audience preferences and industry trends, and collaborate with teams to align content with market objectives.
DRIVE BEST PRACTICE WITH DATA
Lead by example and help to set the bar for how we gather, interpret, and tell impactful stories with our data. You’ll build relationships with colleagues, both here in Austria and internationally, through training on specific tools and broader context.
PUSH THE BOUNDARIES
You'll develop and deliver analyses across Earned, Social, and Owned topics, while training team members and championing the value of insights across the business.
KNOW OUR DATA INSIDE AND OUT
Complex data from Earned, Social, and Owned sources is managed to unlock its full potential. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and third-party platforms, applying problem-solving skills to identify bugs and implement enhancements.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the Media or Publishing industries.
Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, with bonus points for implementation experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools like Looker; Python skills for data analysis and automation are an advantage.
Strong social media expertise, including familiarity with analytics tools like Sprinklr and native reporting platforms.
Advanced analytical abilities to extract, interpret, and draw conclusions from raw data.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, combined with adaptability, proactivity, and intellectual curiosity.
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.334 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
