At Red Bull Japan, we’re looking for an On Premise Sales & Marketing Graduate to join our team and help us “Win the Night.”

In this role, you’ll analyze market trends, support exciting activations, and collaborate with our Musketeer field team to bring Red Bull to life in Japan’s most vibrant venues. If you’re analytical, organized, and love the energy of bars, clubs, and live events, this is your chance to make an impact.

Job Description

Market Intelligence & Analysis

Monitor nightlife trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. Turn data into actionable insights for the On Premise team. 

 

Event & Activation Support

Assist in planning and executing festivals, third-party events, and brand activations. Manage logistics and ensure brand standards are met.

 

Musketeer Support

Join field visits to understand account management. Prepare presentations and trade marketing tools for key accounts.

 

Project Management

Lead operational projects such as digitalizing menu support or optimizing POS ordering processes.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint

Passion for hospitality, nightlife, and events

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Valid Japanese driver’s license (preferred for field visits)

University degree (or equivalent)

Fluency in Japanese & English (TOEIC 800+ preferred)
