In this exciting assistant role, you'll assist the Global Head of Compliance, Data Privacy and Legal Operations and the compliance team with administrative and functional tasks in both German and English. You'll perform back-office duties, team organization activities, and other administrative responsibilities and provide support for global compliance project management in alignment with the Global Compliance Program.

Job Description

BACK OFFICE AND TEAM COORDINATION

In this role, you'll support back-office operations by handling budget reviews, including iVerify, travel expenses, and legal accounting, while ensuring efficient workflows through document and file management. You'll assist the Global Head of Compliance and the team with administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, organizing events, preparing documents, and developing compliance content. Additionally, your responsibilities will include conducting research, drafting summaries, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and contributing to compliance management through report generation and data analysis to provide actionable insights.

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

In this role, you'll support the Compliance Project Manager in implementing compliance projects across the organization. This includes coordinating initiatives, fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders, developing project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring milestones are met. By combining back-office and project management responsibilities, you'll help drive the successful execution of key initiatives and promote effective cross-team alignment.

Qualifications

Completed commercial education (HAK/HBLA-Matura, apprenticeship) or university degree.

Several years of experience in administration or an assistant role.

Fluent in English, German is a plus.

Skilled in coordinating and organizing tasks in dynamic, international settings.

Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive mindset with an affinity for IT systems and proficiency in MS Office.

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.303,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
