Job Description

COMMERCIAL STRATEGY

  • Take on a senior leadership role shaping and executing Red Bull’s commercial strategy with major national Off Premise customers, including modern trade, tobacco kiosks, e-com and petrol stations, leading a team of four direct reports.
  • Drive the implementation of sales and pricing strategies to achieve sales, volume, and profitability targets.

ANALYSIS

  • Use data sources such as Nielsen and customer insights to uncover growth opportunities and guide decision-making.
  • Develop accurate forecasts and budgets, monitor performance, and adjust plans to stay ahead of market trends.

CUSTOMER NEGOTIATIONS

  • Lead annual negotiations within your channel, create compelling business presentations, and position Red Bull as a category leader.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with key customers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver shared success.

Qualifications

  • University degree, ideally in Economics or Business.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with leading annual customer negotiations.
  • A creative, driven, and hands-on leader who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering outstanding results.
