The role of Communication Team is to develop and lead strategic communications through storytelling, earned media and media partners relations through marketing content creation to reach and engage new consumers. The Communications Specialist will develop and execute communications plans focusing on regional iniciatives. She/he will be responsible for positioning and delivering an effective communication message across all types of third-party and earned media channels (social, web, TV, radio and print) to bring our brand image to life and make Red Bull relevant for our target audiences.

 

The role is essential to ensure consistency in the brand's narrative and to expand its presence and reputation locally.

Communications & PR

  • Responsible for earned media activation, PR amplification and building high-frequency editorial relationships of regional projects
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated communications plans, focosing on editorial strategies and media partnerships to reach KPIs.
  • Identify story opportunities from regional calendar, to amplify it locally and nationally, generating earned media engagement. Ensure consistency of messaging and brand tone across all communication initiatives.
  • Manage project’s budgets, suppliers and agency partners
  • Monitor and report on the performance of earned media for regional projects
  • Support the communications managers on national activations
  • Identify and constantly reflect the most important media in the market to drive impactful word-of-mouth about the Red Bull brand
  • Manage relationships with departments and Global Headquarter counterparts to achieve alignment and business success.

 

Qualificações

  • Strong experience and strong planning skills in Communications and PR in Marketing, Media led companies or Agencies
  • Fluency or advanced in written and spoken English
  • Able to travel to events and activations in different regions
  • Proven track record in communications projects and engagement via earned media amplification; equipped to build relations in sports and culture media

  • Ability to think strategically and be a hands on person; Works with passion and has high affinity with the World of Red Bull
  • Creative thinker and innovator; in touch with digital, cultural and consumer trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with several different stakeholders and judge what’s necessary to be successful.
