From 1st January onwards, we are looking for a Team Assistant who will be responsible for supporting our Commercial Management Team with the corporate agenda, overall organization, governance and projects. 

Job Description

Planning and Coordination Tasks

 

Independent organization and coordination of appointments and meetings at management level, as well as manage the calendar of the Head of Global Soccer, Commercial with the utmost care

Organizing internal events and external appearances; full coordination of meetings including invitations, room bookings, technical setup, and catering

Planning and booking of national and international business trips including travel documents and agendas

 

Strategic and Content-related Support

Development of decision-making templates, presentations, and reports for the Head of Global Soccer, Commercial

Prepare, manage and execute projects in close alignment with Head of Global Soccer, Commercial (eg business plan presentations, pitch decks, ad-hoc initiatives, etc.)

 

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Handle incoming email correspondence and serving as the first point of contact for incoming calls on behalf of the Head of Global Soccer, Commercial

Ensure smooth information flow and a professional external presence with internal and external stakeholders

Close cooperation with the Assistants to the Head of Global Soccer, SPORT and Technical Director, as well as with other divisions and functions.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an international company, sports organization or a law firm/advisory/agency

Intercultural understanding or experience during school, university studies, or in your professional life

Experience in a professional environment and matrix organization with various stakeholders

Highly service-oriented, proactive in thinking, open-minded, and willingness to learn with strong decision-making skills

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment

Strong organizational skills and a service-oriented attitude with a confident demeanor

Teamplayer, flexible, resilient

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)

High level of discretion, reliability, and flexibility

Bachelor and/or Master in Business Administration (or a similar education)

Excellent written and spoken German and English; confident and professional communication style at board/management level

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
