Company Description
Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Manager - Late Night, Bars & Students to be based in the UK.
This role is responsible for the delivery of the Late Night, Bars & Student strategy and the achievement of volume and profit. You will work closely with key contacts across the customer base to ensure a commercially productive relationship. You will be expected to oversee development and execution of marketing plans, ensuring the brand is activated with excellence. You will also be expected to drive new distribution across the channel and take these partnerships to a best in class standard.
Job Description
Strategy
Achievement of agreed volume, profit and net revenue targets across customer base
Build and develop a strategy focused around growth, long term thinking and 360 partnerships
To identify and open-up new distribution opportunities
To track and measure the impact of all decisions and actions
Account Management
Develop and drive strong relationships with all customer’s senior Ops, Procurement & Marketing contacts
Accurate forecasting and reporting of customer performance on financial systems (CPM)
Build and execute marketing initiatives across all customers
Negotiate with various stakeholders across a business to achieve a joint goal
Build a JBP that leads each account to success
Success Factors
Achievement of volume, profit, net revenue targets as well as delivering a look like number 1 standard in outlet
Winning new business to ensure the On Premise is delivering growth

Qualifications
Strong FMCG sales experience
Proven account management & P&L Accountability
Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
Experience of high-level negotiation
Evidence of writing and delivering a Joint Business Plan
Self-starter with a focus on results and customers
Proven track record of achievement
