Company Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Shipping & Receiving Clerk manages activities in the Shipping and Receiving office as the primary contact for all incoming and outgoing truck drivers. You'll complete paperwork, maintain schedules, and act as the face of Red Bull to our visitors and customers. You will be the "go-to" for all things incoming and outgoing.
Job Description
IN & OUT OPERATIONS
Sign drivers in and out of the facility; verifying all paperwork
Assign dock doors to the inbound and outbound loads
Maintain door accuracy and yard report for trailer inventory
Process Bills of Loading and associated shipping and receiving documents.
Reconcile inbounds with packing slips and coordinate drop lot activity
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provide 'customer service' to our customers
Maintain Inbound and Outbound Schedules
Coordinate moves on the yard for the spotter/yard jockey
Work with shift management to accomplish shift goals.
VERIFICATION AND ACCURACY
Report errors and issues to appropriate member of leadership to ensure accuracy
Audit and verify data inputs and paperwork
Other clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, or distribution center operations
Prior exposure to CPG and Food & Beverage industries preferred
Experienced in Excel (can perform complex functions)
An understanding of computer ordering systems and other IT systems
Experience with SAP (EWM), Manhattan (WMS), or other Warehouse Management system preferred
Comfortability with exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions
