Company Description
The Talent (HR) Business Partner (TBP) is responsible for supporting the leaders and employees of the Red Bull Records and Global Corporate Projects groups, being the single HR point of contact, and ensuring alignment of HR initiatives and business objectives. This role will report to the Director, Talent Business Partnerships – Marketing, supporting the Marketing TBP team by owning operational execution of Talent initiatives. We’re looking for a professional with a track record of giving wings to managers/employees and driving high performance within the organization.
Job Description
TALENT BUSINESS PARTNER PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Own all operational execution of Talent initiatives, such as communication rollouts and people data analysis, on behalf of the Marketing TBP team
Act as the central point of contact for Talent Centers of Excellence rollouts
Identify department needs and opportunities through analysis and partnership and propose plans to solve
Partner in overall process improvement across Talent departments as it relates to Talent Business Partnerships
Suggest and manage projects that enable TBP efficiencies and drive the talent agenda forward
Provide change management support with both large and small organizational changes, including creating timelines, communication plans, and employee movement documents
DRIVE HIGH PERFORMANCE
Partner with relevant leaders to cultivate high performance and top talent within assigned client group
Is the expert on all talent subjects with the client group and proactively manages bench strength and internal movement
Partners with leadership and people managers in driving clear and actionable mid-year and year-end performance reviews
Partners with Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely filling of open roles and appropriate local strategy
Participates in the interview process for all senior (Director+) roles
Partners with leadership and people managers to enable high engagement
TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Coordinate and/or facilitate all local, global, and compliance training programs
Evangelize and support strengths-based people management, including coaching managers on all related tools
Build momentum and traction for Red Bull’s ”entrepreneurial development philosophy” by coaching leadership and people managers
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND COMPLIANCE
Proactively manage employee relations issues for full and part-time employee populations, conduct investigations as needed and provide clear direction/action to managers
Ensure compliance of all Federal and State laws, as well as OFCCP
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Coach leadership and managers on Red Bull compensation philosophy and drive managerial empowerment
Serve as local subject matter expert on basic compensation matters and redirect/escalate as appropriate
PEOPLE STRATEGY
Be an integral part of the annual people strategy planning process, building and executing against the people centric strategy for the assigned client group(s)
Coach and empower client group to hire, develop and keep the best 11 players
KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES (WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE)
Be the expert who drives high-performance and provides results-yielding business partnership to the Leadership Teams, people managers and individual contributors
Support high performance and top talent in assigned client groups
Create and maintain exceptional relationship with cross-functional TBPs
Bench strength/succession planning
Ensure Leadership Teams and people managers are versed in Red Bull Talent processes and tools, as well as people management philosophies
Ensure employees understand the Red Bull entrepreneurial development model and drive their own development and growth
Ensure Employee relations issues are identified early, enabling management of same with speed and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus
- Minimum 3-4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably as a Business Partner
- Track record of strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to clearly and simply communicate across multiple stakeholders in various ways and modes
- Experience and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of data and information
- Experience in successfully handling various and complex employee relations situations
- Experience facilitating client-facing Talent training programs
- Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction, performance, and retention
- Self-starter with a creative mind and a track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing results
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with familiarity of HR Information Systems
Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $98,000-$138,000+ cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
