Company Description

As a pivotal member of the Brand Marketing department, the Senior Manager, Consumer Collecting will lead the strategic direction and execution of Red Bull's Trial & Student Marketeer (SM) program. This position is responsible for developing and managing the platforms, resources, and tools necessary to operate the program at the highest level. The role involves leading national training initiatives in Consumer Collecting and supporting regional teams in the training and development of the Student Marketeer community.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with US marketing cross-functional stakeholders and HQ to continuously innovate the approach and deployment of Trial resources and Student Marketeer teams. Additionally, the Senior Manager will identify and leverage external opportunities to drive product trial through diverse and effective partners/platforms and support the sales community in creating outreach initiatives.

The Senior Manager will also directly coach and develop a manager and specialist on the team, embodying Red Bull's Talent philosophy.

Job Description

COMMUNICATE & IMPLEMENT STARTEGIC DIRECTION

Play a national strategic leadership role in pursuit of our Consumer Collecting priorities and long-term vision, while measuring success. Foster the development of, and provide guidance to, the regions in the execution of national Student Marketeer (SM) initiatives, training, and tools. Leverage platforms such as RBU, HUB, and BI to communicate strategic direction and provide resources to the regions. Manage the strategic development of RBU and other internal platforms to build a community within the SM Network, developing new programs and optimizing our portals.

LEADERSHIP & PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Coach and develop the Consumer Collecting Manager and Consumer Collecting Specialist through regular check-ins and by embodying the Red Bull Talent philosophy. Manage national projects including research, development, partner management, analysis of results, and product and occasion integration. Identify and manage new opportunities for driving trial both within and beyond the Student Marketeer Program (indirect and direct sampling), and foster collaboration with the Product Marketing, Beverage Initiatives, and Sales Teams to optimize trial-driving efforts.

Drive monthly Student Marketeer focuses to shape consumption habits nationally and test EPC consumer habit-forming initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with the commercial sales organization to develop reach initiatives, specifically in field and university sales, to enhance our availability and visibility in stores. Work closely with Consumer Insights to continuously identify opportunities to optimize the budget and resources.

ENSURE GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT PLANS, AND QUALITY EXECUTION

Share best practices with US business units, HQ, and the international Consumer Collecting team to ensure consistent and effective strategies across all regions. Build and facilitate training sessions with the Talent team to establish and develop recruitment, retention, and development opportunities. Conduct field visits to understand and support quality field execution in partnership with the Consumer Collecting Manager.

BUSINESS PLANNING/BUDGET

Lead the formation and delivery of the annual business plan for Student Marketeer resources, including developing the strategic vision for the SM program. Assume responsibility for budget management related to the SM program, including trainings, trial-driving initiatives, and reach initiatives.

Qualifications

6+ years of marketing experience

Proven experience in team management

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and presentation

Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills

Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and data visualization proficiency

Innovative, detail-oriented, and able to see the big picture

Ability to meet strict and demanding deadlines

Passionate about living and representing the Red Bull brand

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $115,280-$172,029 + cash incentives.

Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
