Job Description
In a nutshell
The Senior Producer’s primary role will be to lead impactful projects, overseeing the production of top-tier live programming for the Red Bull Media Network. They will be responsible for creating compelling content tailored to each project, with input from the relevant Network. This could range from engaging social media clips to the main live show. They will have the opportunity to produce directly from the gallery during live broadcasts, ensuring every moment is delivered flawlessly to the audience.
Lead Strategic Content for Global Live Broadcasts
In this role, you’ll oversee and supervise the production of strategic content plans tailored for a global audience, developing and managing content for various live projects, including flanking and activation content, to ensure impactful, world-class broadcasts. You’ll also step into the role of Project Lead for diverse live and special projects.
Drive Innovation and Excellence in Live Broadcast Production
You’ll hold editorial responsibility in the gallery during live broadcasts, providing live supervision to ensure seamless execution. You’ll conduct quality control and offer guidance for both global production partners and internal staff. Additionally, you’ll develop and implement innovative production solutions, collaborating with the Immersive and Digital Enhancement team to bring fresh, creative ideas to each broadcast.
Ensure Seamless Collaboration for High-Quality Content Delivery
You’ll work closely with Sport Networks to maintain clear communication and project briefs, aligning regularly to ensure smooth delivery. You’ll also manage and guide external production partners to deliver high-quality content for the World of Red Bull.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of editorial live production experience, including producing in an OB truck and working with and developing on-air talent.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to self-manage complex projects within tight timeframes.
- Multiyear experience in working with and guiding production partners, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Proven ability to maximize quality while managing tight budgets, demonstrating innovative and out-of-the-box thinking, along with strong editorial, interviewing, and storytelling skills.
- Team-player mentality with a passion for sports, live production, and media in a digital environment.
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
