The International On Premise Trade Marketing (ITM) is responsible for developing and leading the Trade Marketing strategy in the global hospitality and entertainment sectors (Lodging, Casual Dining, Casinos, Bars, etc.), The ITM aims to position Red Bull as the top beverage choice by enhancing distribution, brand visibility, and product relevance across Global Key Accounts. Collaborating with the Int. On Premise Key Account Manager, the ITM will implement marketing initiatives, expand partnerships, and secure new business opportunities, targeting sustainable relationships with key market players to increase sales. Additionally, the ITM will strategically and operationally support top markets to drive maximum activation and sales while fostering strong partner relationships.
Job Description
GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS (TOP DOWN – BOTTOM UP APPROACH)
You'll establish and nurture connections with key marketing stakeholders of global Key Accounts across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America. This role involves collaborating with top customers to align on mutual goals, ensuring Red Bull's and partner priorities work towards shared success. You’ll design impactful marketing programs with partners that drive Red Bull’s brand awareness, distribution, and sales, closely monitor activation performance, and address any execution gaps. You'll be leveraging brand assets, creating sustainable and beneficial partnerships while safeguarding Red Bull’s brand equity and standards across all activities.
DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL STRATEGIES AND TOOLS
You'll develop impactful activation strategies and toolkits in collaboration with the International Key Account Manager, with a focus on positioning Red Bull as #1 in the Hospitality & Entertainment sectors. You'll be identifying key On-Premise trends and opportunities to create innovative marketing solutions that align with global Key Account needs and enhance customer engagement. You’ll combine On-Premise strategies and marketing programs to activate at scale, supporting the goals of securing new business, driving demand, and expanding reach within existing accounts.
MARKET SUPPORT
You’ll serve as a key link between customer stakeholders and Red Bull teams worldwide, connecting them on global, regional, and local levels. In this role, you’ll share proven strategies for success with global accounts, help Red Bull stay ahead of competitors, and identify new growth opportunities. You’ll underscore the importance of Global Strategic Hospitality & Entertainment accounts, guiding markets in setting business goals, implementing marketing strategies, and offering ongoing support. You’ll assist in creating action plans, adapting global tools for local opportunities, and challenging markets to elevate global performance in this key segment.
Qualifications
University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or the equivalent field experience
Excellent command of English, German would be a plus
+3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with global brands across marketing functions
Knowledge of the On Premise industry and trade is required. Familiarity with the hospitality sector, including its lifestyle, organizational structures, and the overall mindset of the industry, will be considered a plus
Ability to analyze complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines
Understanding of sales processes & negotiation with Global & Regional Key Accounts’
Demonstrate exceptional planning, project management and presentation skills
Passion for establishing new business partnerships
Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms whilst understanding cultural differences
Self-motivated, innovative, and solution-oriented, with a hands-on approach and a do-it-now attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
