Company Description

Logistics Specialist is primarily responsible for inbound/outbound and warehousing operations for finished & event goods. The key role is to smoothen the daily execution, also by technically supervising temporary staffs. You work with internal teams collaboratively, to help drive tools and process improvements that affect operations and order workflows, with emphasis on bringing transparency to daily operation for sales team and automating tasks that are currently performed manually. You also work together with sales and our platform partners to minimize avoidable out of stocks while minimizing operational costs (efficiency).

Job Description

Order Management & Customer Service

Operate daily drink order from accounts nationwide. High accuracy is required with detail handling knowledge & skill, respecting the deadline to submit to 3PL warehouse.
Collect and summarize purchase orders, confirming which orders to be filled with sales team on a daily basis and working together to solve any issues that areas.
Support finance in resolving outstanding payment with order and credit related issues.
Handle customers’ inquiries with flexibility & speed, collaborating with 3PL warehouse.
Manage return inventory from accounts, followed by damage reports sharing with 3PL warehouse.
Participate on weekly/monthly sales closing task, working with finance team.
Deliver month-end closure process on time and accurately.

Vendor/3PL Management

Manage vendor master data aligning with Finance team.
Handle inquiries from 3PL warehouse and provide the appropriate instructions.
Monitor inventory.
Participate annual business reviews with strategic partners.

Operations & Reporting

Coordinate with other department/team on any sales/delivery issues.
Report & share logistics issue with Logistics Manager on daily base, create agreement on actions toward each cases.
Analysis of efficiencies in the operations area. Internal (Red Bull Group) and external benchmarks to ensure appropriate and best in class.
Report and track all additional costs which relate to customer service functions.
Support in providing required documentation and reporting during internal and external audits.

Others 

Contribute to the ongoing effort of process improvement and standardization.
Performs other allied duties as assigned by supervisor.
Implement cost saving programs.
Ensure and retain the right balance between service levels of Red Bull partners and related costs incurred.
Support logistics budget planning and tracking, and ensure efficient use of the resource.

Qualifications

At least 5+ years previous working experience in Logistics, Inventory. Management, 3rd Party Logistics Management and/or any other Supply Chain related discipline.
Knowledge of ERP based Warehousing/Inventory Management application and Demand Planning application (SAP required).
Must show strong analytical skills demonstrating a focus on process enhancement.
Able to multi-task on daily operational responsibilities as well as project related work in a deadline driven environment.

Language skills: native level Japanese and business level English.
Strong with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
High numeric management skills.
An entrepreneurial “can do” attitude facilitated by continuous improvement and application of appropriate “best practices”.
Track record of delivering results and an ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Ability to understand the needs and drive alternative solutions for operational processes.
