We are looking for interns who are passionate and committed to kickstarting their career in sales. The Ticket Sales and Service internship program is designed for college students who want to gain first-hand experience in the front office of a professional sports team. This is your chance to assist the daily operations of the Sales and Service department! 

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

• Complete projects to brainstorm new group initiatives, theme nights and more
• Participate in trainings with our Sales Academy team to increase your sales knowledge
• How our sales/service department operates and how to market and sell ticket packages
• Produce qualified sales leads through prospecting and research
• How to identify steps in the sales process and observe the sales process in action
• The role of customer service, client relations, and fan interaction in a professional

Currently enrolled in college/university

Autonomous - Self-motivated and able to work independently

Creative - Solve problems on the fly

Friendly - Likable, open, and able to easily engage with others

Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).

This is an unpaid, for credit internship (proof that you will receive credit is required).
