Job Description
IMPLEMENT A HEALTH AND SAFETY ROADMAP
In this role, you’ll support our global health and safety team in this new established role in developing and implementing a health and safety road map for 40+ Red Bull subsidiaries around the world. You’ll support country organizations in implementing and improving their health and safety measures.
DEVELOP GUIDELINES AND PROCESSES
You’ll develop and align guidelines and processes, provide tools, templates and best practices.
CONSULT MANAGEMENT AND SUBSIDIARIES
You’ll consult the management, subsidiaries and other internal stakeholders. With your expertise you’ll support national Health & Safety specialists, e.g. in organizing and executing risk assessments and safety inspections.
FACILITATE TRAININGS
As Health & Safety expert you’ll share your knowledge, create and partly facilitate high class trainings.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in the field of occupational safety, preferable some time in a global environment in a group context
University Degree (preferable Engineering)
Qualification in occupational safety e.g.: Certified health and safety manager, Certified safety professional, Master safety professional, NEBOSH Level 6 international diploma, Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit according to ASiG, Sicherheitsfachkraft according to SFK-VO or equivalent
Fluent in English and good German language skills
Well-versed in Health and Safety Management systems
Experience and funded knowledge in project management, process- and solution oriented, structured approach
Ability to manage change and understand the impact it has on people and processes.
High levels of personal energy and drive
Clear, effective and convincing communication skills, including presentation and training skills at all levels
Ability to work independently and with strong attention to detail but with a hands-on approach
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 3,715 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
