Salary range: $55k-$85K/year

They're looking for a Digital Marketing/SEO specialist to join their growing team.

You will:

· Be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and plans that support the brand and business objectives.

· Create strategies for market penetration, customer acquisition, optimization and retention.

· Execute and define strategies for driving brand awareness and traffic to website via digital channels.

· Own the SEO/SEM paid media, affiliate and email marketing initiatives

· Drive usage of optimization tactics such as A/B Testing, personalization, and dynamic content in order to attract and retain guests.

· Benchmark marketing programs against competitive and ever evolving landscape to surface best/new practices in the industry.

Requirements:

You bring:

· 3 yrs + of digital marketing experience for international brands

· Strong experience in SEO/SEM and other paid media tools.

· Strong understanding of terms and concepts such asHTML, CPC, Cost per Sale (CPS), display URLs, Domain, Alt-tag, Meta Tags, wire frames, tracking tags, quality scores, etc.

· Hands on experience with current digital marketing methods, tools and technology.

· Great photo and video skills

· Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
