We are currently looking for a Junior Paint Sprayer to work for a manufacturing company in Grantham.

The successful candidate will be carrying out Prepping and Paint Spraying tasks to a high standard within a fast moving engineering workshop.

Our client is a successful and ambitious business who are seeking a Junior Paint Sprayer / Trainee Paint Sprayer to join their tight knit team as part of their continued expansion.

The Junior Paint Sprayer role is an integral part of our client’s operation and will join a tight knit team. 

Key responsibilities:

• Mixing of paint and applying a powder coat and wet paint coat
• Use of a paint sprayer machine
• Use of a computer to enter data

What we’re looking for:

• Background in Paint Sprayer or Manufacturing environment
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated, motivated, punctual, hardworking and well established team
• Motivated by detail and quality
• Strong communication skills with a mature and professional approach
• Flexible attitude to working hours and overtime

Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment, with a special emphasis on health and safety in the workplace, is important.

The hourly rate can be negotiable for more experienced paint spraying candidates.
