French Speaking Technical Support Advisor

Job Description

We are working with a highly successful UK technology company operating across Europe providing high levels of customer service and technical support with leading edge technology and innovation.

They are now looking for French speaking customer service professionals to join a Technical Support Team providing exceptional levels of service to French speaking customers.

Experience of working within a Technical Help Desk / Customer Service Desk environment would be an advantage, but full training will be provided by my client.

Our client’s success is down to their great people and innovative products and services.

Key aspects of the Technical Support role include logging all incidents, advising on technical faults and providing over the phone solutions.This Technical Support role escalates technical queries to 2nd line technical support.

We’re looking for career focussed people who have excellent problem solving skills, an interest or qualification in technology, strong customer service skills, excellent telephone manner and keen attention to detail.
