Job Description

  • Preparation of monthly management reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission to management.
  • Generate tax forecast for scheduler tax payments & mid-year revision.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirement including audit, taxation & internal controls.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other statutory bodies / authorities.
  • Implement & monitor internal controls.
  • Manage of daily financial operations & involvement in any ad-hoc assignment.
  •  Provide regular reports, recommendation, and interpretation to Senior Management on financial & operating data & variances versus Budget & Forecast.
  • Providing analysis & commentary regarding accounts and financial reports.
  • Ensure all overdue accounts are reviewed.
  • Monitoring & initiating actions on all accounts in arrears.
  • Recovering arrears and debts.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Accounting
  • 3years relevant working experience
  • Accounting, Corporate Finance, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Reporting Research Results, SFAS Rules, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math Skills
