based technologies with their headquarters in Middle East. They are looking for a  PresalesEngineer/ 

Customer Support Engineer to join their new team in Nairobi

Job Description

  • Identifying and establishing new business 
  • Organizing sales visits 
  • Liaising with existing clients 
  • Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations 
  • Providing pre-sales and after-sales support 
  • Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions 
  • Reviewing cost and sales performance 
  • Writing reports and sales literature 
  • Providing product education and advice 
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings 
  • Ensuring that sales targets are met 

Qualifications

  • BCA/BSC Computers/ B. E.(electronics/computers) 
  • 2-3 years of ASP.Net & SQL Sever 
  • Knowledge about Platform: Microsoft.Net 4.0/later, Languages: VB.Net , C#.Net, JAVA , 
  • ASP.Net, HTML/JAVA Script, OS: Windows XP/7/8.1/10, Office: Office 2007/later 
  • Word/EXCEL/PowerPoint/PDF, Database: MS SQL Server 2008/later and optionally 
  • Oracle 10g or later,  
  • Experience as a Software Engineer with technical skills and presentation skills of software 
  • solutions of any kind.  
  • Experience in Data Capture & Mobility industry would be an added advantage.  
  • Same person with basic PC/Networking trouble shooting capabilities would be preferred 
  • so that he can be used for support engineer as well.
