Customer Support Engineer to join their new team in Nairobi
Job Description
- Identifying and establishing new business
- Organizing sales visits
- Liaising with existing clients
- Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
- Providing pre-sales and after-sales support
- Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
- Reviewing cost and sales performance
- Writing reports and sales literature
- Providing product education and advice
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Ensuring that sales targets are met
Qualifications
- BCA/BSC Computers/ B. E.(electronics/computers)
- 2-3 years of ASP.Net & SQL Sever
- Knowledge about Platform: Microsoft.Net 4.0/later, Languages: VB.Net , C#.Net, JAVA ,
- ASP.Net, HTML/JAVA Script, OS: Windows XP/7/8.1/10, Office: Office 2007/later
- Word/EXCEL/PowerPoint/PDF, Database: MS SQL Server 2008/later and optionally
- Oracle 10g or later,
- Experience as a Software Engineer with technical skills and presentation skills of software
- solutions of any kind.
- Experience in Data Capture & Mobility industry would be an added advantage.
- Same person with basic PC/Networking trouble shooting capabilities would be preferred
- so that he can be used for support engineer as well.
