With a strong focus on B2B sales, you will work as a field representative, engaging directly with ground-based clients and building partnerships with major players in the industry.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear understanding of the factors, activities, and strategies that contribute to the success and productivity of outlets.
  • Ensure all staff are knowledgeable about the company’s products, services, promotions, and customer engagement strategies, and apply these effectively both in-store and during fieldwork.
  • Monitor and support all outlets in achieving a positive growth trend, with a target to break even within two months or, for older outlets, to generate sufficient revenue to sustain profitability.
  • Ensure outlet staff implement best practices and measures to enhance sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure all managers and staff are well-versed in the company’s products, platforms, promotional strategies, and commission structures.
  • Uphold integrity in all business operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and values.
  • Monitor the functionality of equipment and tools at all outlets and ensure the display of all required licenses and certifications.
  • Assess sales performance across all outlets, with a focus on planning visits and interventions for underperforming locations.
  • Identify and recommend viable business locations for new outlets, securing management approval where necessary.
  • Report cases of underperformance to management, with recommendations for solutions such as refresher training or performance improvement plans.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure outlets meet operational standards and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on B2B and the ability to attract major partners.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey product benefits effectively and build strategic relationships.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Field Sales Ability: Willingness to work as a field representative, with regular in-person client visits and interactions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
