Maboneng Restaurant is an upmarket Restaurant located in Kilimani, Nairobi. They are looking to hire a lady mixologist to joint heir team.

• Verify the customers’ ages
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails
• Process payment
• Clean glasses and bar utensils
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
• Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
• Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
• Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere

• Pleasing personality

• Basic or advanced education commensurate with the bar and its marketplace. This will include additional courses in hospitality and customer care skills

• Ability to work with other people

• Honest

• well groomed,clean and neat, their clothes should be clean and pressed.

• Personal control: be able to control emotions, be considerate, quiet, courteous, tolerant and have respect for customers and colleagues.
