They are looking for an F&B Shifts controller with experience in the hospitality industry to join their team.

 


 

Job Description

  • Assure the highest quality to corporate and individual guests of the Lounge
  • Develop innovative approach during the serving process in order to improve customer satisfaction
  • Track, measure and improve the success in reaching goals, efficiency of all processes and performance results under one’s responsibility.
  • Eliminate the deficiencies prevailed with the assessment of customer satisfaction and create a work plan and maintain its application regarding processing to increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Supply and distribute, control and approve any and all form of documents regarding services provided and protect them in own unit.
  • Transfer the feedback provided from the customers to the Customer Relations Department in order to protect and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are strictly followed.
  • Support the personal and professional improvement of personnel in charge and provide the necessary support, instructions and feedback regarding performance, management, career planning and training improvement processes in order to reach the objectives.
  • Control and maintain quality and perfect presentation and report feedbacks of services provided to the customers in order to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily plans of the employees and track them in order to maintain services without failure.
  • Make the necessary reservations, process tracking and reporting in order to manage “TAV” customer services operations.
  • Make the daily manifest i.e. stock checks and controls.
  • Control the compliance of the personnel clothing during working hours (uniform, hair, make-up, etc.) according to the code of conduct and behavior rules.
  • Have a firm grasp of airlines product knowledge.
  • Build excellent report to the guest and aim 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Report guest feedback and to take immediate action where possible.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverages preferably from a recognized institution.
  • Supervisory certificate will be an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position and environment
  • Computer literate with good command in MS Excel and emailing
  • MUST be above 25 years of age
