Our client is among the leading consumer electronics companies worldwide ,they have products in Kenya and they are seeking a Sales Manager for the region who speaks Gujarati and English. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role. Should have experience in selling home appliances.

 

 

 

Job Description

  • The regional sales will provide ongoing support to distribute and produce to product or service.
  •  The regional sales manages a sales team in the Nairobi Region.
  • The regional sales  will ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.
  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
  • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
  • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
  • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
  • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements

 

Qualifications

  • Great communication skills in both English and Gujarati
  • Organizational skills
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience in electronics/ home appliances industry 
  • At least a bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing,Business Management
