Our client is among the leading consumer electronics companies worldwide ,they have product in Kenya and they are seeking a Sales Representatives for the region of Rwanda.The  Regional Sales reps is responsible for the sale of a business’ products or services in a specified region and geographical area. Applicants must be Rwanda Citizens currently staying in Rwanda. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role. Should have experience in selling home appliances.

• The regional sales will provide ongoing support to distribute and produce to product or service.
•  The regional sales manages a sales team in the Rwanda Region.
• The regional sales  will ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.
• Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
• Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
• Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
• Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
• Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements

• Organizational skills
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in electronics/ home appliances industry in Rwanda
• At least a bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing,Business Management
