We are looking for a Sales account Executive with experience working in digital media.

Job Description

 

  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and targets.
  • • Support the Business Development Manager in managing the sales cycle from pitching to closing a client to securing a deal.
  • • Present products to prospective clients thro presentations (Verbal & written).
  • • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
  • • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.
  • • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.
  • • Identify new sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline through networking & cold calling and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

 

Qualifications

The Qualifications

  • • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • • Minimum 3 years of sales & marketing and project management.
  • • Marketing/Events Agency work experience of a minimum of 3 years.
  • • Customer centric personality; Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging.
  • • Proven experience & understanding of sales principles and customer service practices with a proven track record of over-achieving sales targets.
  • • Proven project management skills Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
  • • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • • A business acumen, Enthusiastic and passionate.
  • • Solid communication and interpersonal skills & superior Customer service focus
