Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accounts on EXCEL
  • Maintaining petty cash
  • Maintaining fuel expense
  • Preparing cheques and swifts for banking
  • Collection of payments
  • Dispatch of payments
  • Know how on NTSA system online
  • Maintaining vehicle records
  • Any other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative officer
  • Proficient in MS Office and databases
  • 4+ Years work experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
