Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accounts on EXCEL
- Maintaining petty cash
- Maintaining fuel expense
- Preparing cheques and swifts for banking
- Collection of payments
- Dispatch of payments
- Know how on NTSA system online
- Maintaining vehicle records
- Any other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative officer
- Proficient in MS Office and databases
- 4+ Years work experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
