Our client is a leading taxi hailing technology Provider Company and they are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to help them meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping their company competitive and innovative.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Qualifications
- Person who worked through out in a hard core sales organizations in his career for over 10 years.
- Person who has a history of overachieving his or her targets.
- Person who can also lead a team to bring the results.
- At least 5 years in leading people.
- Very good in communication and presentation.
- Very planned and strategic in his quarter targets and meetings.
- Can't feel demotivated even after 20 failed attempts in a day.
