Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

Qualifications

  • Person who worked through out in a hard core sales organizations in his career for over 10 years.
  • Person who has a history of overachieving his or her targets.
  • Person who can also lead a team to bring the results.
  • At least 5 years in leading people.
  • Very good in communication and presentation.
  • Very planned and strategic in his quarter targets and meetings.
  • Can't feel demotivated even after 20 failed attempts in a day.
