To work on a number of projects.

a. An advanced university degree (Masters or equivalent) in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Psychiatry and licensed to provide psychological counselling and/or psychotherapy services;

b. Additional certification is also required in any of the following broad range of related fields, such as alcohol/substance abuse, stress management, traumatic stress, cross-cultural communication, conflict resolution etc;

c. A demonstrated minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience;

d. Broad knowledge of all facets of counselling services and demonstrated skills to create a trusted environment in which others can talk confidentially;

e. Ability to identify clients’ needs and suggest appropriate solutions;

f. Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation);

g. Conflict resolution and mediation skills; and

h. Skills in designing and delivering trainings/information sessions on a number of subjects and ability to adapt those to different audiences.
