They are seeking a highly motivated, talented Director of Human Resources  to develop policy and direct and coordinate human resources activities for current and future organizational needs, such as employment,compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and staff development, investigations and disciplinary action, and employee services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate personnel.

Job Description

Responsibilities  

 

●Ensure job descriptions for all positions are in place, accurate and up to date. 

●Evaluate positions currently offered by company and advise management on the need for 

creating new positions. 

●Be knowledgeable of the Human Resources laws and regulations. 

●Conduct performance reviews and monitor employee productivity, attitude, and 

performance results. 

●Ensure that all company policies are being enforced and followed. 

●Be creative in coming up with new incentives for employee recruitment and retention 

based on the profitability and workload of the company. 

●Ensure compliance with drug testing procedures, documentation of safety and policy 

violations, and training records. 

●Ensure all vacation time, PTO days, absences (excused and unexcused) bereavement, 

maternity leave, days are properly tracked and recorded in employee files. 

●Recruit, conduct interviews and retain top quality staff for each department. 

●Employee counseling services for personnel issues and company complaints. 

●Create organizational development and employee training programs. 

●Provide assistance with implementing any Human Resources related software systems. 

●Implement Human Resources policies and programs as required by the business. 

●Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasize quality, 

continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance. 

●Administer company benefit plans 

●Directly supervise employees in the Human Resources Department in accordance with 

company’s policies and applicable laws. 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

 

●8-10 years of progressive experience with increasingly responsible positions in human 

resources;  

●Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional time 

management skills;  

●Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task;  

●Eagerness to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace through a keen ability to interact 

effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and personalities;  

●Superior ability to develop and sustain positive relationships with team members,

volunteers, and other stakeholders.
