Our client is a leading mobile technology company looking to hire a qualified Admin and Finance Assistant in Nairobi.

Job Description

  • l Undertaking any ad hoc duties associated with the accounts function, including maintaining financial files and records.
  • l Ensuring all filing is done in a timely, accurate and organized manner
  • l Support colleagues in all units with Admin‐related tasks as needed
  • l Management of all staff records and files.
  • l Manage the preparation and monitoring of service providers' contracts.
  • l Organize, supervise and monitor the activities of administrative staff and ensure appropriate training.
  • l Ensure all administrative documents necessary for the proper functioning of the office and staff are obtained from the relevant authorities.
  • l Up-date and submit monthly reports on personnel management.
  • l Assistant to the In Country CEO. Updating him on pending matters, upcoming events/meetings, and record keeping.
  • l Carrying out other related tasks as might be required from time to time.

Qualifications

  • lThe desired candidate should possess a degree in finance-related courses,
  • l 3 years Experience in handling administrative tasks and
  • l CPA/ ACCA is an added advantage.
